After a rather tough play, Congresbury's Daniel Fuentes got a free kick in the 2nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alim Mutluhan in the 4th minute of play forced Congresbury's goalkeeper Enrique Coreas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benjamín Salamanca during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Enrique Coreas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oswaldo Noyola was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of AliağaFk booed when Congresbury was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute, Eliseo Guerra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. AliağaFk played a much better game than Congresbury and deserved their victory. The Congresbury players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
