The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Wanderson Cerezo kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Davi Neiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernhard Schwarzkopff, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. 7 minutes into the match, Heigenkam's goal looked a bit too open when Betão Custódio came free, but Sebastian Dannemann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernhard Schwarzkopff struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Davi Neiva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Heigenkam. Davi Neiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernhard Schwarzkopff in the 11th minute of the match. When Gildo Tinoco fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GT Imortais FC's protests and gave Gildo Tinoco a yellow card for diving instead. After 11 played minutes GT Imortais FC got a freekick which was hit by Gildo Tinoco. Bernhard Schwarzkopff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davi Neiva having to interfere. Sebastian Dannemann made an important save on a dangerous shot by Evaristo Botelho in the 17th minute. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Ubbo Kremer sped through GT Imortais FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Davi Neiva. 25 minutes into the match, Heigenkam's Ubbo Kremer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Davi Neiva narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ubbo Kremer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davi Neiva having to interfere. When Virgil Wendlandt fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Heigenkam's protests and gave Virgil Wendlandt a yellow card for diving instead. In the 29th minute, Virgil Wendlandt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 33 minutes, Sebastian Dannemann successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Sebastian Dannemann didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Betão Custódio went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After 36 played minutes GT Imortais FC got a freekick which was hit by Kléberson Aguiar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubbo Kremer in the 38th minute of play forced GT Imortais FC's goalkeeper Davi Neiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Davi Neiva came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Heigenkam's Bernhard Schwarzkopff. But to his dismay, Bernhard Schwarzkopff quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bernhard Schwarzkopff was the one to do the kick off. Sebastian Dannemann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Betão Custódio in the 55th minute of the match. Evaristo Botelho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 58 minutes into the game, GT Imortais FC's Betão Custódio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sebastian Dannemann made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. 62 minutes into the match, Heigenkam's goal looked a bit too open when Evaristo Botelho came free, but Sebastian Dannemann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Davi Neiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernhard Schwarzkopff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee felt a red card was in order, 67 minutes into the game, when Gregor Morlock put in a rough tackle. Gregor Morlock hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. 69 minutes into the match, Heigenkam's goal looked a bit too open when Betão Custódio came free, but Sebastian Dannemann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Betão Custódio in the 70th minute of play forced Heigenkam's goalkeeper Sebastian Dannemann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastian Dannemann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Betão Custódio, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. With a little luck, GT Imortais FC's Davi Neiva got control of the ball when Ubbo Kremer tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Heigenkam booed when GT Imortais FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kléberson Aguiar didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 81st play minutes Toni Kerstan shot 2-3, a short shot which went by Davi Neiva and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 85th minute, Feddo Weidlandt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastian Dannemann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Betão Custódio, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Heigenkam's Sebastian Dannemann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Betão Custódio in the 88th minute of play. 89 minutes had been played when some careless play by Heigenkam's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Betão Custódio was slow to take the kick. During this time GT Imortais FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Betão Custódio almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Heigenkam's Sebastian Dannemann did a great save. After having played for 91 minutes, Evaristo Botelho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GT Imortais FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evaristo Botelho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Betão Custódio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sebastian Dannemann. Heigenkam's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
