Emil Hägg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Kjellman in the 12th minute of the match. If Denis Ifrim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emil Hägg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dan Kjellman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the game, Dan Kjellman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Emil Hägg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dan Kjellman might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emil Hägg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dan Kjellman ran back to his position shaking his head. Bajenland's Emil Hägg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dan Kjellman in the 25th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, FC Bal op het Dak's Dan Kjellman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emil Hägg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 30th minute, Dan Kjellman made a precise shot to the right of Emil Hägg. Bajenland's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 37 minutes into the match, FC Bal op het Dak's goal looked a bit too open when Denis Ifrim came free, but Harvey Davies reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Dan Kjellman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Emil Hägg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Kjellman in the 42nd minute of play. In the 44th minute Fresco Sesse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harvey Davies saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Bal op het Dak's Harvey Davies proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save FC Bal op het Dak from getting a goal against them. The Bajenland players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Bal op het Dak were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dan Kjellman to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Dan Kjellman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emil Hägg. Bajenland's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dan Kjellman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Emil Hägg made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Dan Kjellman sent off a good shot on target. Kennedy Bryngelsson got a throw-in 61 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ronny Örtendal. In the 64th minute Dan Kjellman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Hägg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute, Denis Ifrim made a precise shot to the right of Harvey Davies. FC Bal op het Dak's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Bajenland made a substitution. Wilhelm Alstedt replaced Tony Lindell. FC Bal op het Dak's Martijn August was substituted for Dan Kjellman. FC Bal op het Dak's José Luis Brown was substituted for Válbson Almeida. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martijn August in the 73rd minute of play forced Bajenland's goalkeeper Emil Hägg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th match minute, FC Bal op het Dak was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marick Brunt to maneuver through the defense. FC Bal op het Dak's Artur Mendes got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee ignored Bajenland's protests and gave Denis Ifrim a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FC Bal op het Dak booed when Bajenland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denis Ifrim didn't get a good kick on the ball. Martijn August's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 84thth minute, Emil Hägg skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martijn August in the 90th minute of play forced Bajenland's goalkeeper Emil Hägg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Martijn August took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Emil Hägg to make any attempt to save it. The FC Bal op het Dak supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Bal op het Dak would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
