Jan Tomaszewski came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Bal op het Dak's Dan Kjellman. But to his dismay, Dan Kjellman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Joop Meder hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. FC Bal op het Dak's attentive Eddy Neijsen managed to snatch the ball when Stanislav Abovský made a throw-in in the 17th minute of the game. In the 19th minute, Sebastian Pyrzyce reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Harvey Davies. The goal made the score 1-1. Stanislav Abovský kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Dan Kjellman notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Zielonka Gdansk's Jan Tomaszewski. Jan Tomaszewski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dan Kjellman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jan Tomaszewski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. The throw-in from Stanislav Abovský in the 32nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Bal op het Dak's Joop Meder. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dan Kjellman in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan Tomaszewski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Pyrzyce in the 42nd minute of play forced FC Bal op het Dak's goalkeeper Harvey Davies to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Bal op het Dak's Dan Kjellman got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Zielonka Gdansk players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Bal op het Dak were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sebastian Pyrzyce stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of FC Bal op het Dak booed when Zielonka Gdansk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Qiu Ling Lang didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jan Tomaszewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Kjellman, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. FC Bal op het Dak's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Marick Brunt in the 55th minute. A nice corner shot did that Cobus Harding got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jan Tomaszewski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jan Tomaszewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Kjellman, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Marick Brunt could shoot a difficult shot in the 61st minute, which Jan Tomaszewski however easily saved by the left post. After 61 played minutes Marick Brunt rounded Zielonka Gdansk's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3. With a little luck, Zielonka Gdansk's Jan Tomaszewski got control of the ball when Martijn August tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Martijn August came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the FC Bal op het Dak fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martijn August couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martijn August in the 78th minute of play forced Zielonka Gdansk's goalkeeper Jan Tomaszewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zielonka Gdansk's Jan Tomaszewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Zielonka Gdansk from getting a goal against them. In the 85th minute, FC Bal op het Dak's Martijn August dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. Zielonka Gdansk's attentive Jarūnas Saponka managed to snatch the ball when Cobus Harding made a throw-in in the 88th minute of the game. 92 minutes into the game, FC Bal op het Dak's Martijn August nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jan Tomaszewski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. FC Bal op het Dak's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
