Hassan Laisney was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abraham Beauval in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hassan Laisney prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tanek Zurawski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joël Malbec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sébastien Raillard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abraham Beauval made a kick off. Team Reunion974 were awarded a corner in the 51th minute after Les Pionniers de Touraine's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sébastien Raillard took the corner. After taking down the ball on Team Reunion974's corner Sébastien Raillard fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tanek Zurawski quite easily take care of the ball. After some careless play in the Team Reunion974 defense, Raphaël Lallemand kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hassan Laisney. The Team Reunion974 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hassan Laisney should have stopped the shot. If Abraham Beauval had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
