The referee showed Zeledon Orain the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Los Gaticidas getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Zeledon Orain hit a great ball. Osvaldo Goi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Venancio Mark in the 9th minute of play. Osvaldo Goi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luciano Bertran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 13 minutes, Esteban Federigo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Gaticidas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Esteban Federigo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Los Gaticidas's Osvaldo Goi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Jobo in the 17th minute of play. In the 22nd match minute, Piernas Locas Crane FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Venancio Mark to maneuver through the defense. Osvaldo Goi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Segundo Ubelteso in the 25th minute. Osvaldo Goi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Jobo, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Osvaldo Goi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Jobo in the 31st minute of the match. Segundo Ubelteso's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Osvaldo Goi skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Segundo Ubelteso received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Osvaldo Goi came out and tried to block the shot, but Segundo Ubelteso slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 36th minute. Osvaldo Goi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Segundo Ubelteso in the 39th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Jonathan Jobo notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Los Gaticidas's Osvaldo Goi. Osvaldo Goi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 45 minutes into the match, Los Gaticidas's goalkeeper Osvaldo Goi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Segundo Ubelteso.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Segundo Ubelteso made a kick off. After 51 minutes of play, Piernas Locas Crane FC's Luciano Bertran made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Osvaldo Goi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Osvaldo Goi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luciano Bertran in the 60th minute of the match. Osvaldo Goi came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Piernas Locas Crane FC's Segundo Ubelteso. But to his dismay, Segundo Ubelteso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. In the 75th minute Segundo Ubelteso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Goi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the game, Piernas Locas Crane FC's Luciano Bertran nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Osvaldo Goi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-1. Matias Pes charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Osvaldo Goi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 96th minute Luciano Bertran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Goi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Piernas Locas Crane FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
