The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of TRIPITI FC booed when Tabachana F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vassilis Tournas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the TRIPITI FC defense, Vassilis Tournas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andreas Potiras. The TRIPITI FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andreas Potiras should have stopped the shot. In the 12th minute, Lambis Savvakis reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Andreas Potiras. The goal made the score 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Avraam Lykoudis got free with Andreas Potiras in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Vassilis Tournas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Panos Pachopoulos took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Andreas Potiras to make any attempt to save it. The crowd rose to their feet as Tabachana F.C.'s Panos Pachopoulos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Andreas Potiras. That made the score 5-0 after 29 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Panos Pachopoulos got free with Andreas Potiras in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 34 minutes into the game, Tabachana F.C.'s Vassilis Tournas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Andreas Potiras made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vassilis Tournas during the 36th minute. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After 43 minutes, Lambis Savvakis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tabachana F.C. and the TRIPITI FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 43rd match minute, Tabachana F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lambis Savvakis to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Avraam Lykoudis was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Avraam Lykoudis made a precise shot to the right of Andreas Potiras. TRIPITI FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. TRIPITI FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Panos Pachopoulos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0. The Tabachana F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 12-0. 75 minutes into the match, TRIPITI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Panos Pachopoulos came free, but Andreas Potiras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andreas Potiras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vassilis Tournas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lambis Savvakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lambis Savvakis scored 13-0 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andreas Potiras, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dimosthenis Vardopoulos hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Michalis Kalamaridis, 84 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 86th minute, Panos Pachopoulos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tabachana F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 14-0.
