In the 22ndth minute of the game Henry Fagerberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AMLUCHO's Selahaddin Esentürk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kerim Altunbaş could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Magne Gunnarsson made a huge save. AMLUCHO's attentive Jackie Banks managed to snatch the ball when Bertil Hellgren made a throw-in in the 26th minute of the game. After 26 minutes, Jackie Banks mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AMLUCHO and the Rönnöfors FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rönnöfors FF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 30th minute, when Kerim Altunbaş scored to the left of an out of position Magne Gunnarsson, making the score, 3-0. After 32 played minutes AMLUCHO got a freekick which was hit by Jackie Banks. After having played for 38 minutes, Kerim Altunbaş managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AMLUCHO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kerim Altunbaş was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Per Tunström struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Selahaddin Esentürk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rönnöfors FF. After 45 played minutes Rönnöfors FF got a freekick which was hit by Sigvard Biörnberg. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Selahaddin Esentürk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Fagerberg in the 51st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Per Tunström got free with Selahaddin Esentürk in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
