Daustad's Celestino Poncio managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Mei Zhi Jun in the 3 minute of the game. Mats Bentsen hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Jo Øverås took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denimir Tzonkov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celestino Poncio made in the 18th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Luis Bonet. Luis Bonet might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ruslan Rúklyov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luis Bonet ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Bonet in the 19th minute of play forced VN BAKITO's goalkeeper Ruslan Rúklyov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 24 minutes Daustad's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Blagoy Banovski who took care of the corner kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Denimir Tzonkov in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jo Øverås saved Daustad from getting behind. Jo Øverås came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by VN BAKITO's Denimir Tzonkov. But to his dismay, Denimir Tzonkov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. If Peng Song Ting had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute Luis Bonet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruslan Rúklyov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luis Bonet to strike the kick off in the second half. Ruslan Rúklyov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Bonet in the 53rd minute of play. Zhu Ning Ning kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. VN BAKITO's Rusi Plochev was substituted for Isaac Constancio. Zhu Ning Ning kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Jo Øverås showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rusi Plochev, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Rusi Plochev spun around in front of the goal 67 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Daustad's goal. After 73 played minutes Daustad got a freekick which was hit by Are Rygg. In the 74th match minute, Daustad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sigurd Storhaug to maneuver through the defense. Ruslan Rúklyov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Bonet in the 76th minute of play. Ruslan Rúklyov made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Kevin Bernini sent off a good shot on target. Daustad's Jo Øverås played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rusi Plochev in the 84th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Daustad's goal looked a bit too open when Denimir Tzonkov came free, but Jo Øverås reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kevin Bernini who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 89thth minute tested the skills of Ruslan Rúklyov when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Daustad's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
