Bernd Yuschni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th minute Silvestre Loi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernd Yuschni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernd Yuschni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Takeshi Bieberstein, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernd Yuschni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Takeshi Bieberstein, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Jacek Matuch made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Willi Tilmann sent off a good shot on target. Jacek Matuch stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emilio Argina's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Jacek Matuch had great luck who in the 38thth minute grab hold of the ball when Emilio Argina from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After 39 minutes of play, SV Bad Harzburg's Teodor Covaci made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernd Yuschni was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 41 played minutes Hannover Reds got a freekick which was hit by Willi Tilmann. In the 45th minute, Teodor Covaci got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

Roberto Carlos kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Bernd Yuschni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Silvestre Loi in the 55th minute. In the 57th minute Éthan Pichard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernd Yuschni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 58th minute, Éthan Pichard made a precise shot to the right of Bernd Yuschni. Hannover Reds's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 62ndth minute of the game Emilio Argina who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SV Bad Harzburg's Jacek Matuch was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Willi Tilmann's late challenge caught a SV Bad Harzburg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Willi Tilmann helped the player get up and apologised. In the 67th match minute, Hannover Reds was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willi Tilmann to maneuver through the defense. Silvestre Loi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Hannover Reds's Lei Xiang Rong was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jacek Matuch in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 87th match minute, Hannover Reds was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jörn Hartwig to maneuver through the defense. Takeshi Bieberstein struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Bernd Yuschni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SV Bad Harzburg.
