In the 2nd minute, Hartmut Wannemacher hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rudolf Rieden hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Ole Michalowicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Gustav Sawade tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Friesenwerdermoor's Gustav Sawade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robin-Pascal Rohrschneider in the 6th minute of play. In the 9th minute Harald Delb shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustav Sawade saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustav Sawade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harald Delb in the 11th minute of play. Gustav Sawade took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ole Michalowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patrik Kölblinger hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, FV Wienerwald's Patrik Kölblinger got a free kick in the 19th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rudolf Rieden during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FV Wienerwald booed when Friesenwerdermoor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudolf Rieden didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rudolf Rieden in the 27th minute of play forced FV Wienerwald's goalkeeper Klaus-Dieter Beimel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robin-Pascal Rohrschneider recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Patrik Kölblinger hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 36thth minute of the game Harald Delb who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Friesenwerdermoor's Gustav Sawade was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 40th minute, Patrik Kölblinger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Achaz Schubeus struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Klaus-Dieter Beimel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Friesenwerdermoor. The supporters of Friesenwerdermoor booed when FV Wienerwald was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ole Michalowicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Achaz Schubeus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Colin Beinmagd stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hartmut Wannemacher kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Ove Runde hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Hartmut Wannemacher's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Gustav Sawade - 0-1 was put on the score board in the 58th minute. The supporters of FV Wienerwald booed when Friesenwerdermoor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egbert Pommerenke didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Friesenwerdermoor defense, Hartmut Wannemacher kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gustav Sawade. The Friesenwerdermoor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gustav Sawade should have stopped the shot. 66 minutes into the match, Erich Otten notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Friesenwerdermoor's Gustav Sawade. Gustav Sawade was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 70th minute, Rudolf Rieden hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FV Wienerwald's Nickolas Kaiser was substituted for Felix Eberl. Rudolf Rieden hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Friesenwerdermoor's zone, Nickolas Kaiser stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gustav Sawade came out of the goal and Nickolas Kaiser tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Friesenwerdermoor's Gustav Sawade proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Friesenwerdermoor from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Friesenwerdermoor getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Eckhard Borgwardt hit a great ball. When Achaz Schubeus fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Friesenwerdermoor's protests and gave Achaz Schubeus a yellow card for diving instead. After 80 played minutes Friesenwerdermoor got a freekick which was hit by Achaz Schubeus. 83 minutes into the match, Friesenwerdermoor's goal looked a bit too open when Erich Otten came free, but Gustav Sawade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustav Sawade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erich Otten in the 84th minute of play. The FV Wienerwald players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
