After 22 minutes, Bryan Rohner mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Espen Steelers and the THE ROKERY PIMKIS players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Espen Steelers's Andrew Lepage got a free kick in the 24th minute. THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Gualtier Jetté played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrew Lepage in the 27th minute of play. A collision led to Espen Steelers getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Simon Sonevoga hit a great ball. Patricio Schermann who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Flavian Fäh when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Andrew Lepage kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Espen Steelers's Freeman Mächler got a free kick in the 37th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Philipp Junod in the 47th minute of play forced THE ROKERY PIMKIS's goalkeeper Gualtier Jetté to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Patricio Schermann stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 50th match minute, THE ROKERY PIMKIS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mischa Schüepp to maneuver through the defense. Flavian Fäh came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Goliath Cadotsch. But to his dismay, Goliath Cadotsch quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. If Patricio Schermann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Espen Steelers made a substitution. Michael Da Silva replaced Gianni Rohr. After 64 played minutes Espen Steelers got a freekick which was hit by Andrew Lepage. Flavian Fäh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dino Straumann, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After a rather tough play, THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Zé Roberto De La Rosa-Zevallos got a free kick in the 66th minute. THE ROKERY PIMKIS made a substitution. Waldemar Menz replaced Benoit Theiss. Patricio Schermann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
