An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Paulo da Silva in the 11th minute of play forced LavAzzA's goalkeeper Iwan Lepucki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gaudencio Lekubegi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rune Jarstein having to make a save. LavAzzA's Iwan Lepucki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Paulo da Silva in the 17th minute of play. Iwan Lepucki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gigel Elenescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Gaudencio Lekubegi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 31st minute Kristian Oswald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwan Lepucki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When LavAzzA's Gaudencio Lekubegi in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hertha 1969's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to LavAzzA getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Samir Kastrati hit a great ball. Lüder Roppel kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, LavAzzA's goal looked a bit too open when Gigel Elenescu came free, but Iwan Lepucki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Gaudencio Lekubegi sped through Hertha 1969's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rune Jarstein. Iwan Lepucki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gigel Elenescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. With an all-out effort, Hertha 1969's Iwan Lepucki threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gigel Elenescu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 60th minute Gaudencio Lekubegi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Jarstein saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, LavAzzA's Iwan Lepucki got control of the ball when Zé Paulo da Silva tried to sneak it across the goal line. Iwan Lepucki made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Zé Paulo da Silva sent off a good shot on target. Zé Paulo da Silva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Iwan Lepucki made a huge save. Di Ao Shi kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Hertha 1969 made a substitution. Wilhelm Nienhaus replaced Nils Hovermann. In the 72nd match minute, LavAzzA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Di Ao Shi to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Kristian Oswald took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Iwan Lepucki to make any attempt to save it. Gaudencio Lekubegi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. LavAzzA's Gauthier Spiller was substituted for Amerigo Labarra. 89 minutes into the match, Gigel Elenescu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Iwan Lepucki, 2-4. 95 minutes into the match, LavAzzA's goal looked a bit too open when Wilhelm Nienhaus came free, but Iwan Lepucki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The LavAzzA supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Hertha 1969's performance. The match ended with a win for Hertha 1969.
