The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jorge Luna to strike the kick off in the second half. THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Jorge Luna got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Hamburg Fighters's goalkeeper Pavlos Konstantakakis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pavlos Konstantakakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Mino in the 63rd minute of the match. When Francisco Mino got free in front of the goal in the 64th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Pavlos Konstantakakis was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 68 minutes into the match, Hamburg Fighters's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Morientes came free, but Pavlos Konstantakakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Kiran Tomasini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gianni Balla in the 85th minute of play. Francisco Mino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Pavlos Konstantakakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Francisco Mino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Matthias Lepage got a free kick in the 91st minute. The THE ROKERY PIMKIS supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing THE ROKERY PIMKIS would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
