Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) In the 4th minute, Atlético Municipal's Celio Cruz seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Celio Cruz the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Atlético Municipal protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Celio Cruz had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Celio Cruz kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Atlético Municipal made a substitution. Cordero Gipils replaced Willie Colon. In the 6th minute of the match Khair ad-Din Barbarossa shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Chuan Cintron showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Adnan Yildıran was out of position in the 8 minute of play, and Cordero Gipils capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cordero Gipils really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After 11 played minutes Atlético Municipal got a freekick which was hit by Andoni Viguri. Chuan Cintron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aygün Hikmettin in the 12th minute of play. Oscar De León's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 14thth minute, Adnan Yildıran skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Azubeli Roman might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adnan Yildıran. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Azubeli Roman ran back to his position shaking his head. 23 minutes into the game, Aygün Hikmettin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Chuan Cintron was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Chuan Cintron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aygün Hikmettin in the 25th minute of the match. TOKATSPOR's Adnan Yildıran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cordero Gipils in the 33rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Atlético Municipal defense, Aygün Hikmettin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Chuan Cintron. The Atlético Municipal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Chuan Cintron should have stopped the shot. TOKATSPOR's Adnan Yildıran proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save TOKATSPOR from getting a goal against them. Chuan Cintron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ömer Urhan in the 39th minute of the match. When Ömer Urhan fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TOKATSPOR's protests and gave Ömer Urhan a yellow card for diving instead. After 41 played minutes TOKATSPOR got a freekick which was hit by Ömer Urhan. 46 minutes into the match, Atlético Municipal's goal looked a bit too open when Ömer Urhan came free, but Chuan Cintron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Ömer Urhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Atlético Municipal's Chuan Cintron proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Atlético Municipal from getting a goal against them.
