The audience thought a goal was coming when David Batuhin got free with Esteban Beti in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 45th minute of the game. One of Real Madrid:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cuatrodeocho:s goal. Esteban Beti had in the 46thth minute some difficulties stopping David Batuhin's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. David Batuhin took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Esteban Beti. Esteban Beti dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zbigniew Buczko made a kick off. Rambo Jon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mateusz Heide, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Zbigniew Buczko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Rambo Jon made a huge save. Real Madrid's Esteban Beti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Batuhin in the 68th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Real Madrid's Radan Anatkov got a free kick in the 70th minute. Real Madrid made a substitution. Zygmunt Wawro replaced Lucjan Burowski. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Batuhin in the 75th minute of play forced Real Madrid's goalkeeper Esteban Beti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
