Vicky Donda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Belmiro Arruda in the 6th minute. Elias Selatse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casimiro Ugutz in the 10th minute of play. 11 minutes had been played when some careless play by Deportivo Tachito's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Casimiro Ugutz was slow to take the kick. During this time Nouvelle Vague's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Casimiro Ugutz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Elias Selatse quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Vicky Donda made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Belmiro Arruda sent off a good shot on target. Deportivo Tachito's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Belmiro Arruda in the 19th minute. Deportivo Tachito's Belmiro Arruda was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Vicky Donda in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Elias Selatse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casimiro Ugutz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Belmiro Arruda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Vicky Donda made a huge save. 30 minutes into the match, Casimiro Ugutz notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Deportivo Tachito's Elias Selatse. Elias Selatse was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vicky Donda made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Belmiro Arruda sent off a good shot on target. 35 minutes into the match, Belmiro Arruda dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Vicky Donda, 2-1. Casimiro Ugutz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elias Selatse having to make a save. Elias Selatse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casimiro Ugutz, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Belmiro Arruda to make the kick off. Elias Selatse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casimiro Ugutz in the 53rd minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Nouvelle Vague's goal looked a bit too open when Gartzen Bueno came free, but Vicky Donda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulo Renato Corrêa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Elias Selatse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Deportivo Tachito made a substitution. 忠 许褚 replaced Belmiro Arruda. Anselmo Dracena's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elias Selatse read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Nouvelle Vague's Vicky Donda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fazil Gøl in the 89th minute of play. In the 91st minute of the match Deportivo Tachito got a corner. Nouvelle Vague's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fazil Gøl ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Deportivo Tachito's Fazil Gøl to fire away a dangerous shot which Vicky Donda despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Deportivo Tachito fans cheered their team off the field, for while Nouvelle Vague had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
