Cha Fe FC's Elvio Pacho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Cha Fe FC from getting a goal against them. 34 minutes into the match, Manolo Bacete had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elvio Pacho. Alcorcón's Eusebio Quijana dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. A.D. Natxo Cacheres hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute of the match Hegoi Griful sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Maurino Serena skillfully saved the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Santiago Mikelar to make the kick off. Elvio Pacho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manolo Bacete, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After 55 played minutes Cha Fe FC got a freekick which was hit by Xavi Iniesta. In the 56th match minute, Cha Fe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xavi Iniesta to maneuver through the defense. Cha Fe FC's Elvio Pacho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Belo Alvarez in the 61st minute of play. Elvio Pacho came out of the goal and Esteban Vadillos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cha Fe FC's Basilio Jusepe was substituted for Augusto Jurdan. An unexpectedly hard shot by Belo Alvarez in the 74th minute of play forced Cha Fe FC's goalkeeper Elvio Pacho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manolo Bacete received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Elvio Pacho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elvio Pacho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaac Ortiz in the 80th minute of the match. Cha Fe FC's Xavi Iniesta got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 85th minute Isaac Ortiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elvio Pacho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A.D. Alcorcón's Manolo Bacete got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Elvio Pacho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manolo Bacete went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cha Fe FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for A.D. Alcorcón.
