Halim Tuğ started the match with the kick off. Eloy Mazuste showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kılıçalp Onatsu, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. 3 minutes into the match, Kılıçalp Onatsu notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Tigres Ñacuñán FC's Eloy Mazuste. Eloy Mazuste was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Francisco Txerran came free with the goalkeeper in the 9th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Eloy Mazuste could save by the left post. When Tigres Ñacuñán FC's Christian Bergqvist, in the 12th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Tigres Ñacuñán FC. With an all-out effort, Anatolia FC's Eloy Mazuste threw himself towards the right post 15 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kılıçalp Onatsu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Konrad Mosiniak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sinan Okergun's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Tigres Ñacuñán FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ricardo Stephen in the 21st minute. After taking down the ball on Tigres Ñacuñán FC's corner Ricardo Stephen fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Konrad Mosiniak quite easily take care of the ball. Konrad Mosiniak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stanislaw Hyska, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Francisco Txerran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eloy Mazuste having to interfere. Eloy Mazuste made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Halim Tuğ sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kılıçalp Onatsu got free with Eloy Mazuste in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 44 minutes into the match, Christian Bergqvist notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Anatolia FC's Konrad Mosiniak. Konrad Mosiniak was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Christian Bergqvist to make the kick off. Konrad Mosiniak made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Sinan Okergun sent off a good shot on target. 55 minutes into the game, Anatolia FC's Kılıçalp Onatsu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eloy Mazuste made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Konrad Mosiniak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Llorian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute Halim Tuğ shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eloy Mazuste saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tigres Ñacuñán FC's Andres Pitin was substituted for Stanislaw Hyska. After a rather tough play, Tigres Ñacuñán FC's Braulio Millano got a free kick in the 73rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Halim Tuğ in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eloy Mazuste saved Tigres Ñacuñán FC from getting behind. Ricardo Stephen hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After 81 minutes of play, Anatolia FC's Kılıçalp Onatsu made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eloy Mazuste was left in no man's land by his defense there! Konrad Mosiniak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andres Pitin, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Anatolia FC's Konrad Mosiniak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Llorian in the 85th minute of play. Konrad Mosiniak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andres Pitin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute Tigres Ñacuñán FC were awarded a corner. Andres Pitin went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Christian Bergqvist managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Eloy Mazuste came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Anatolia FC's Kılıçalp Onatsu. But to his dismay, Kılıçalp Onatsu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. The supporters of Tigres Ñacuñán FC booed when Anatolia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Txerran didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tigres Ñacuñán FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
