After 7 minutes, Jan Kimmich mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PoWer SC 2K5 and the Barça players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jan Kimmich kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. David Rotariu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aldo Paoletti went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Barça were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after PoWer SC 2K5's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Burak Krawczyk took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Rafal Jazowski managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aldo Paoletti got free with David Rotariu in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafal Jazowski in the 22nd minute of play forced PoWer SC 2K5's goalkeeper David Rotariu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pierre Dziedelonis came free with the goalkeeper in the 24th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and David Rotariu could save by the left post. Edmund Makomaski came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by PoWer SC 2K5's Hector Todor. But to his dismay, Hector Todor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. PoWer SC 2K5's David Rotariu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save PoWer SC 2K5 from getting a goal against them. David Rotariu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aldo Paoletti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute Barça were awarded a corner. Burak Krawczyk went to the cornerflag to take it. Barça's Edmund Makomaski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Middendorf in the 39th minute of play. The supporters of Barça booed when PoWer SC 2K5 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kai Förster didn't get a good kick on the ball. Burak Krawczyk took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for David Rotariu. PoWer SC 2K5's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 45th minute Patrick Middendorf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmund Makomaski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zvonimir Prestin to make the kick off. Barça's Edmund Makomaski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zvonimir Prestin in the 51st minute of play. David Rotariu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aldo Paoletti in the 53rd minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, PoWer SC 2K5's goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Paoletti came free, but David Rotariu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Rafal Jazowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 61 minutes into the match, Barça's goalkeeper Edmund Makomaski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hector Todor. David Rotariu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafal Jazowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Zvonimir Prestin hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Barça's Olaf Grocholski was substituted for Zbigniew Pankiewicz. After a rather tough play, PoWer SC 2K5's Zvonimir Prestin got a free kick in the 68th minute. Aldo Paoletti struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. David Rotariu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barça. The supporters of PoWer SC 2K5 booed when Barça was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olaf Grocholski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edmund Makomaski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrick Middendorf, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute, Rafal Jazowski made a precise shot to the right of David Rotariu. PoWer SC 2K5's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. 83 minutes into the match, Patrick Middendorf notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Barça's Edmund Makomaski. Edmund Makomaski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Barça made a substitution. Krzysztof Gibowski replaced Rafal Jazowski. 93 minutes into the match, Barça's goal looked a bit too open when Zvonimir Prestin came free, but Edmund Makomaski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Barça getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Olaf Grocholski hit a great ball. The PoWer SC 2K5 players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Barça from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
