Gil Moreira was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 15 minutes into the game, Åke Fors cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Gil Moreira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 20 minutes of play, Degerfors IF's Åke Fors made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gil Moreira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tigre Brasilis F.C.'s Gil Moreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Åke Fors in the 32nd minute of play. Degerfors IF's Mattias Västlund quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Zé Romero, made in the 34th minute of the game. Åke Fors blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gil Moreira having to make a save. Gil Moreira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Åke Fors, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. If Åke Fors had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Åke Fors's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gil Moreira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. 41 minutes into the game, Degerfors IF's Fredrik Isak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gil Moreira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Åke Fors's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gil Moreira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

Degerfors IF made a substitution. Tuncay Cansever replaced Åke Fors. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tuncay Cansever was the one to do the kick off. Tuncay Cansever scored 0-7 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gil Moreira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gil Moreira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tuncay Cansever went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. In the 68th minute, Tuncay Cansever left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Degerfors IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-10. Tuncay Cansever in the 71stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gil Moreira, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gil Moreira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tuncay Cansever in the 77th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tuncay Cansever got free with Gil Moreira in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 81 minutes into the game, Tuncay Cansever cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-12. Gil Moreira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 86 minutes into the match, Degerfors IF's Tuncay Cansever sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gil Moreira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gil Moreira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tuncay Cansever's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. A sloppy throw-in by André Alves in the 90th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Degerfors IF's 김 손. If Verner Frykberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Tigre Brasilis F.C. getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Vinícius Vasconcelos hit a great ball. Tuncay Cansever kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
