The goalkeeper, Aigeus Milionis, was totally fooled by Reconquistense FC's Erasmo Sayveon, who 17 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 24 minutes into the game, Gaudencio Cresconio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hahay's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Reconquistense FC the free kick. A collision led to Hahay getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Gaudencio Cresconio hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Justino Naelio got free with Aigeus Milionis in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Steve Gerrard struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Lino Esquipula didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hahay. In the 46th minute, Hahay's Basilio Nataniel seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Basilio Nataniel the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Hahay protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Basilio Nataniel had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After a rather tough play, Hahay's Basilio Nataniel got a free kick in the 46th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Justino Naelio to make the kick off. The supporters of Hahay booed when Reconquistense FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geronimo Lopez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Reconquistense FC's Isaac Asur got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 59th match minute, Reconquistense FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaac Asur to maneuver through the defense. Aigeus Milionis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosme Umea in the 61st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosme Umea in the 62nd minute of play forced Hahay's goalkeeper Aigeus Milionis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aigeus Milionis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justino Naelio in the 65th minute of play. In the 71st minute Cosme Umea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aigeus Milionis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Radoslaw Zakrzewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hahay's Sebastian Fleischer managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Erasmo Sayveon in the 81 minute of the game. Through an outstanding action, after 83 minutes, Lino Esquipula successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Thomas Ulleberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 91 minutes, Sebastian Fleischer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hahay and the Reconquistense FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Reconquistense FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Hahay for much of the match.
