The supporters of Esquadrão Lusitano booed when ≮王者归来≯ショップヘルシンキ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrézinho Vieira didn't get a good kick on the ball. But to his dismay, Luiz Eduardo de Salles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The supporters of ≮王者归来≯ショップヘルシンキ booed when Esquadrão Lusitano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Fagundes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute of the match Andrézinho Vieira shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ivan Trindade showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Emanuel Fagundes was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 44 minutes had been played. After a defensive mix-up in Esquadrão Lusitano's zone, Miguel--Angel Sigurdardottir stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivan Trindade came out of the goal and Miguel--Angel Sigurdardottir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luiz Eduardo de Salles was the one to do the kick off. Miguel--Angel Sigurdardottir received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ivan Trindade came out and tried to block the shot, but Miguel--Angel Sigurdardottir slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 56th minute. Albérico Amorim's late challenge caught a ≮王者归来≯ショップヘルシンキ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. With a little luck, Esquadrão Lusitano's Ivan Trindade got control of the ball when Andrézinho Vieira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Claudinho Figueiredo kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Ivan Trindade stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miguel--Angel Sigurdardottir's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Luiz Eduardo de Salles hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 92nd minute, Joélson das Neves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ≮王者归来≯ショップヘルシンキ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
