After a rather tough play, Club Sacode Football CIMZ's Paulão Sena got a free kick in the 30th minute. Chivos de Punto Fijo's Jaunzuria Azpeitia couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 31st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Club Sacode Football CIMZ. Freddy Figueruela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haroldo Pitta having to interfere. After 36 minutes, Martin Amenedo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chivos de Punto Fijo and the Club Sacode Football CIMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card.
