After a rather tough play, Fågelmara IK's Gustaf Holmgren got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Dino Furtado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, SAS's Dino Furtado got a free kick in the 9th minute. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Bo-Erik Pedersson took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Lúcio Rodrigues to make any attempt to save it. In the 29th minute Andréas Asserlind shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lúcio Rodrigues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roger Tasso kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Olov Lilja came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by SAS's Cafu Mandrak. But to his dismay, Cafu Mandrak quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Lúcio Rodrigues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfons Siggesson in the 37th minute of play. Sandro Velasco kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 46th minute of the match, Bo-Erik Pedersson got a very nice opportunity to score, but Lúcio Rodrigues was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Beto Maia to make the kick off. Sven-Olof Soned struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Lúcio Rodrigues didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fågelmara IK. 60 minutes into the match, SAS's goal looked a bit too open when Alfons Siggesson came free, but Lúcio Rodrigues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lúcio Rodrigues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andréas Asserlind, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olov Lilja made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Beto Maia sent off a good shot on target. Lúcio Rodrigues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andréas Asserlind, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Alfons Siggesson notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of SAS's Lúcio Rodrigues. In the 79th match minute, SAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Germano Bertassi to maneuver through the defense. 83 minutes into the match, Andréas Asserlind notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of SAS's Lúcio Rodrigues. Lúcio Rodrigues was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 87 minutes of play, Fågelmara IK's Andréas Asserlind made it 6-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lúcio Rodrigues was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 91st minute Andréas Asserlind shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lúcio Rodrigues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute Alfons Siggesson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lúcio Rodrigues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lúcio Rodrigues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andréas Asserlind in the 93rd minute of play. A collision led to SAS getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Wellington Penha hit a great ball. 96 minutes into the match, Fågelmara IK's Sven-Olof Soned broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. SAS's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
