After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Teobaldo Milian managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético Atlanta's supporters rose to their feet, but Teobaldo Milian was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angelillo Barnard breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alvar Justiniano hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. The supporters of Club Atlético Atlanta booed when Toqui Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Demetrio Martini didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anacleto Admon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angelillo Barnard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teobaldo Milian in the 30th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's Anacleto Admon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Angelillo Barnard narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 35 minutes into the match, Teobaldo Milian had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Angelillo Barnard. Toqui Fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teobaldo Milian was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. When Pedro Rojelio came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Club Atlético Atlanta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Rojelio couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Toqui Fc's Val Garretón got a free kick in the 41st minute. The Toqui Fc players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Club Atlético Atlanta were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Demetrio Martini to strike the kick off in the second half. Angelillo Barnard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Rojelio in the 56th minute of play. Víctor Javier Bernal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 67th minute, Anacleto Admon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aquiles Oihenarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Demetrio Martini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Víctor Javier Bernal hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 75thth minute of the game Teobaldo Milian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Toqui Fc's Angelillo Barnard was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Angelillo Barnard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anacleto Admon in the 79th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Pedro Rojelio made a precise shot to the right of Angelillo Barnard. Toqui Fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After 83 played minutes Club Atlético Atlanta got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Guter. 88 minutes into the match, Toqui Fc's goalkeeper Angelillo Barnard had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teobaldo Milian. When the match was over Club Atlético Atlanta could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Toqui Fc throughout the match.
