The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Enrique Belasko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacob Trindade in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 5th minute, ★银河蓝★GalA FC's Honorio Lano seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Honorio Lano the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of ★银河蓝★GalA FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Honorio Lano had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. If Virgílio Anjos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Honorio Ritchie got free with Fabrício Marques in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind ★银河蓝★GalA FC's goalkeeper Enrique Belasko, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 13th minute, Teófilo Pádua ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Enrique Belasko was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teófilo Pádua during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 17th minute, Teófilo Pádua hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Jacob Trindade got a free kick in the 19th minute. Enrique Belasko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuno Pereira in the 21st minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, ★银河蓝★GalA FC's Honorio Ritchie sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabrício Marques narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 25 minutes into the match, ★银河蓝★GalA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ivo Benevides came free, but Enrique Belasko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Mateus Campos came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mateus Campos couldn't finish the play. Enrique Belasko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivo Benevides, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Flavio Vincente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the match, ★银河蓝★GalA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Veríssimo came free, but Enrique Belasko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabrício Marques made an important save on a dangerous shot by Israel Batista in the 37th minute. After a rather tough play, CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Alcides Soares got a free kick in the 41st minute. CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Fabrício Marques proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land from getting a goal against them. In the 43rd match minute, CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivo Benevides to maneuver through the defense. In the 45th minute, Teófilo Pádua made a precise shot to the right of Enrique Belasko. ★银河蓝★GalA FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After the first half CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erasmo Celino to strike the kick off in the second half. Amadeo Hegoi hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Gonzalo Rico hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Virgílio Anjos shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 58th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Enrique Belasko but with some difficulty. When Honorio Ritchie came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the ★银河蓝★GalA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Honorio Ritchie couldn't finish the play. The supporters of ★银河蓝★GalA FC booed when CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alcides Soares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Honorio Ritchie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabrício Marques having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's zone, Flavio Vincente stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabrício Marques came out of the goal and Flavio Vincente tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alexandre Veríssimo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-3 to the left of a surprised Enrique Belasko 77 minutes into the match. Enrique Belasko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teófilo Pádua's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. In the 83rd minute, Flavio Vincente got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 85thth minute of the game Flavio Vincente who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Fabrício Marques was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fabrício Marques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavio Vincente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
