The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Azulgranas AFC's Michaël Myers got a free kick in the 11th minute. Juan Manuel Cruz hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. When Juan Manuel Cruz came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Azulgranas AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juan Manuel Cruz couldn't finish the play. Juan Manuel Cruz struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Wawrzyniec Charamut didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Azulgranas AFC. 23 minutes into the game, Norbert Chwalkiewicz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Leo Henric. Norbert Chwalkiewicz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. 26 minutes into the match, Azulgranas AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Placido Jenaro came free, but Leo Henric reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paul Gheară in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leo Henric prevented the ball from getting in the gole. De Boedo Vengo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cipriano Aresti in the 29th minute. Wawrzyniec Charamut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Manuel Cruz in the 31st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Norbert Chwalkiewicz got free with Leo Henric in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leo Henric showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paul Gheară, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Azulgranas AFC's Leo Henric played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paul Gheară in the 41st minute of play. 41 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when De Boedo Vengo's Paul Gheară fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Azulgranas AFC's Leo Henric proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Azulgranas AFC from getting a goal against them. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 51st minute, Juan Manuel Cruz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Azulgranas AFC's Leo Henric played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norbert Chwalkiewicz in the 53rd minute of play. Wawrzyniec Charamut made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juan Manuel Cruz in the 56th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Placido Jenaro in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leo Henric saved Azulgranas AFC from getting behind. After having played for 59 minutes, Juan Manuel Cruz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Azulgranas AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juan Manuel Cruz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 64th minute, De Boedo Vengo's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Juan Manuel Cruz fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A collision led to De Boedo Vengo getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Gavino Abarca hit a great ball. Juan Manuel Cruz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 75thth minute, Wawrzyniec Charamut skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Leo Henric showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Asier, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Leo Henric took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Placido Jenaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wawrzyniec Charamut showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Manuel Cruz in the 86th minute of the match.
