Ermengol Baena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lionel-Andrés Messi in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franco Bosch in the 13th minute of play forced S.E. Pindorama Eagles's goalkeeper Vassilis Nentakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Frits van Gaal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ermengol Baena was a little too slow when Frits van Gaal got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 18th minute. The score was now 1-0. 21 minutes into the match, Franco Bosch notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Vassilis Nentakis. Vassilis Nentakis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ermengol Baena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ştefan Magheran, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. 25 minutes into the match, S.E. Pindorama Eagles's goal looked a bit too open when Franco Bosch came free, but Vassilis Nentakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute, S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Frits van Gaal ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ermengol Baena. Ermengol Baena yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. In the 40th minute, Lionel-Andrés Messi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A nice corner shot did that 洪岚然 got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ermengol Baena quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Franco Bosch to strike the kick off in the second half. Franco Bosch might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vassilis Nentakis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Franco Bosch ran back to his position shaking his head. Ştefan Magheran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ermengol Baena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ştefan Magheran in the 66th minute of play. Vassilis Nentakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franco Bosch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of ◄◄Lucas Cerro Largo►► booed when S.E. Pindorama Eagles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. 洪岚然 didn't get a good kick on the ball. S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Luis Vasquez was substituted for Ştefan Magheran. A collision led to S.E. Pindorama Eagles getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. 洪岚然 hit a great ball. S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Vassilis Nentakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franco Bosch in the 77th minute of play. Quirce Lamas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vassilis Nentakis having to make a save. Vassilis Nentakis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Quirce Lamas in the 84th minute. A collision led to S.E. Pindorama Eagles getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Simão Domingues hit a great ball. 90 minutes into the match, Daniel Golob had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vassilis Nentakis. S.E. Pindorama Eagles's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Golob was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Luis Vasquez took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ermengol Baena. Ermengol Baena dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. S.E. Pindorama Eagles's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
