After 10 minutes, Renato Augusto made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. GNUSKALLARNA's 狄迪烽 tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. GNUSKALLARNA's 狄迪烽 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save GNUSKALLARNA from getting a goal against them. Renato Augusto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Renato Augusto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. 狄迪烽 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute Renato Augusto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 狄迪烽 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ricardinho de Senna hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's zone, Villiam Vedholm stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aurelio Walme came out of the goal and Villiam Vedholm tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 78 minutes into the match, S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Renato Augusto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 狄迪烽 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renato Augusto in the 80th minute of play forced GNUSKALLARNA's goalkeeper 狄迪烽 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Renato Augusto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. GNUSKALLARNA's 狄迪烽 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renato Augusto in the 83rd minute of play. In the 88th minute Renato Augusto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 狄迪烽 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 90 played minutes S.E.R. Caxias do Sul got a freekick which was hit by Renato Augusto. Lucio Siekkötter's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 狄迪烽 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. S.E.R. When the referee ended the match the S.E.R. Caxias do Sul players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
