Ma Yong Jun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from James Batistuta in the 31st minute of the match. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After 43 played minutes A4p FC Gad got a freekick which was hit by Gez Mason. The Karen FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. A4p FC Gad were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Slawomir Majak stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ma Yong Jun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from James Batistuta in the 52nd minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, Karen FC's goalkeeper Ma Yong Jun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 邱振广. Arvin Svanberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erasmo Damião replaced Iulian Berceanu. The crowd rose to their feet as A4p FC Gad's Flavius Cândroveanu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ma Yong Jun. That made the score 0-2 after 67 minutes of play. In the 69th minute of the match, James Batistuta tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ma Yong Jun saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpected shot in the 70th minute by James Batistuta got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. A4p FC Gad's Gică Busuioc was substituted for James Batistuta. Arvin Svanberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Glenn Fyfe having to interfere. In the 81st minute Bai Yan Feng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Glenn Fyfe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Slawomir Majak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Glenn Fyfe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Flavius Cândroveanu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ma Yong Jun was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. A collision led to A4p FC Gad getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Dumitru Purcărete hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gică Busuioc in the 94th minute of play forced Karen FC's goalkeeper Ma Yong Jun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded A4p FC Gad left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Karen FC.
