Horácio Donato showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şevket Çağa, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Şevket Çağa scored 1-2 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Horácio Donato, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Rosendo Cutberto fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Pankracy Glogowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavinho Rosado in the 34th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, Galo na Veia FC™'s goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Berdoi came free, but Horácio Donato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flavinho Rosado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pankracy Glogowski having to interfere. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Galo na Veia FC™'s goalkeeper Horácio Donato, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Umberto Moreno kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Şevket Çağa was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the Club Atlético Atlanta defense, Rafal Haszczak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pankracy Glogowski. The Club Atlético Atlanta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pankracy Glogowski should have stopped the shot. Maciej Żurawski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pankracy Glogowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavinho Rosado, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Club Atlético Atlanta would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
