The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mino Domene showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Cavalera, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After a defensive mix-up in JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's zone, Jerônimo Vergílio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mino Domene came out of the goal and Jerônimo Vergílio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jerônimo Vergílio kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Alysson Rezende made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Trezeguet in the 34th minute of play. Mino Domene took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Cavalera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Ogro F.C. booed when JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Veto Caras didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mino Domene made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Cavalera in the 46th minute of play. In the 47th match minute, JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Alves to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Igor Cavalera stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alysson Rezende made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gombal Lidon in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alessandro Del Piero in the 57th minute of play forced Ogro F.C.'s goalkeeper Alysson Rezende to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ogro F.C.'s Jerônimo Vergílio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mino Domene in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Alysson Rezende took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Trezeguet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th match minute, Ogro F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danny Carey to maneuver through the defense. Ogro F.C. made a substitution. Mike Mangini replaced Dan Zimmermann. After having played for 71 minutes, Alessandro Del Piero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alessandro Del Piero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 76th match minute, JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gombal Lidon to maneuver through the defense. Ogro F.C. made a substitution. Marco Minnemann replaced Igor Cavalera. Gombal Lidon hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute of the match Jerônimo Vergílio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mino Domene showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ogro F.C.'s Alysson Rezende played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Trezeguet in the 82nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Alessandro Del Piero managed to get in a good position for a shot. JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alessandro Del Piero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alysson Rezende breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 88 minutes into the match, JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jerônimo Vergílio came free, but Mino Domene reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Marco Minnemann put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Mino Domene. When Ogro F.C.'s Mike Mangini in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's goalie prevented a goal. Ogro F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jerônimo Vergílio in the 95th minute. A nice corner shot did that Mike Mangini got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Mino Domene quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the final whistle went the supporters of Ogro F.C. were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC side.
