Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Basilio Abancens in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maximo Lauro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Basilio Abancens's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maximo Lauro was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Hermengildo Tipi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Trezeguet, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bartolo Mantzio got free with Maximo Lauro in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. General Tanz II's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
