In a very dangerous position, a player in General Tanz II fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 7th minute. Penalty! Hermengildo Tipi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Federigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute, General Tanz II's Basilio Abancens ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Prospero Shepherd. Prospero Shepherd yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. With his leg Prospero Shepherd managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when General Tanz II's Basilio Abancens fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Jacob in the 21st minute of play forced QUASAR AZULGRANA's goalkeeper Prospero Shepherd to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. General Tanz II's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Benicio Tavio in the 24th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emiliano Jacob got free with Prospero Shepherd in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 34th minute Marco Federigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hermengildo Tipi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 38 minutes General Tanz II's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mannie Calle who took care of the corner kick. Mannie Calle made a great header on QUASAR AZULGRANA's corner, it was just that General Tanz II's Hermengildo Tipi managed to reach the ball for a save. Basilio Abancens could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Prospero Shepherd made a huge save. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Basilio Abancens made a kick off. A collision led to QUASAR AZULGRANA getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Dionisio Tibalt hit a great ball. Prospero Shepherd took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basilio Abancens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 55th match minute, QUASAR AZULGRANA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eriberto Lizer to maneuver through the defense. Humberto Gartxot received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hermengildo Tipi came out and tried to block the shot, but Humberto Gartxot slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 57th minute. If Marco Federigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th minute Emiliano Jacob shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prospero Shepherd saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. General Tanz II's Arsenio Peruanton was substituted for Javier Saturnin. In the 71st minute of the match General Tanz II got a corner. QUASAR AZULGRANA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Benicio Tavio ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jeronimo Isadore got free with Hermengildo Tipi in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Humberto Gartxot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hermengildo Tipi having to interfere. QUASAR AZULGRANA's Prospero Shepherd played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartolo Mantzio in the 83rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Humberto Gartxot in the 89th minute of play forced General Tanz II's goalkeeper Hermengildo Tipi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind General Tanz II's goalkeeper Hermengildo Tipi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 94 minutes into the match, Basilio Abancens notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of QUASAR AZULGRANA's Prospero Shepherd. Prospero Shepherd was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
