Paul Levițchi might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Valentin Bujor. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paul Levițchi ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 16th match minute, Machados FC V2 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brin Jeromen to maneuver through the defense. Unai Loizaga made in the 19th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Machados FC V2's Enzo Soveral. When Henrique Maltez came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the D.P.Aarburg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henrique Maltez couldn't finish the play. Rodrigo Lima made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Henrique Maltez sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Machados FC V2's Enzo Soveral got a free kick in the 30th minute. 34 minutes into the match, D.P.Aarburg's goal looked a bit too open when António Varanda came free, but Valentin Bujor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 35 played minutes Machados FC V2 got a freekick which was hit by Iurie Cobzar. Machados FC V2's defense didn't have a chance, in the 36th minute, when Henrique Maltez scored to the left of an out of position Rodrigo Lima, making the score, 1-1. Valentin Bujor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from António Varanda in the 42nd minute of play. Machados FC V2 were awarded a corner in the 43th minute after D.P.Aarburg's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pascoal Espírito Santo took the corner. The corner led to Machados FC V2's Grzegorz Piesciuk getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Machados FC V2's Iurie Cobzar managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Angélico Palma in the 45 minute of the game. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Henrique Maltez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. D.P.Aarburg's attentive Almiro Medeiros managed to snatch the ball when Enzo Soveral made a throw-in in the 51st minute of the game. A collision led to D.P.Aarburg getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Angélico Palma hit a great ball. After 57 played minutes D.P.Aarburg got a freekick which was hit by Angélico Palma. Valentin Bujor was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Enzo Soveral. 61 minutes in the game Enzo Soveral did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Israel Moutinho. Angélico Palma charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Angélico Palma the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, D.P.Aarburg's Angélico Palma got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Israel Moutinho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valentin Bujor read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Machados FC V2's goal looked a bit too open when David Peralta came free, but Rodrigo Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. D.P.Aarburg's Leal Castilho was substituted for David Peralta. A collision led to D.P.Aarburg getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Angélico Palma hit a great ball. António Varanda might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Valentin Bujor. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. In the 89th minute António Varanda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Bujor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, D.P.Aarburg's goalkeeper Valentin Bujor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by António Varanda. António Varanda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Machados FC V2 players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented D.P.Aarburg from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
