With a little luck, Barcellos Mineiro FC's Patricio Ugutz got control of the ball when Rickard Malmström tried to sneak it across the goal line. Andrea De Toro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Patricio Ugutz having to make a save. Tomas Gorbea kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 28thth minute of the game Dale Dolar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hummerfiskarna's Holger Mattsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Patricio Ugutz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrea De Toro in the 34th minute of the match. Holger Mattsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dale Dolar, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrea De Toro in the 42nd minute of play forced Barcellos Mineiro FC's goalkeeper Patricio Ugutz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
