Celso Trevisan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferid Eker in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 6th minute, Naldo Guerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Omid Kaulbach in the 9th minute of play forced Velho Barreiro FC's goalkeeper Iker Hidalgo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute Ferid Eker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Trevisan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zico Galo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Celso Trevisan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Velho Barreiro FC's Iker Hidalgo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Corneliu Dridu in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Dr Lecter SC's goal looked a bit too open when Ferid Eker came free, but Celso Trevisan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Celso Trevisan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zico Galo, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After 35 minutes Dr Lecter SC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Michel Siqueira who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Naldo Guerra in the 39th minute of play forced Dr Lecter SC's goalkeeper Celso Trevisan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Velho Barreiro FC defense, Corneliu Dridu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iker Hidalgo. The Velho Barreiro FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iker Hidalgo should have stopped the shot. Iker Hidalgo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omid Kaulbach in the 44th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Dr Lecter SC's goal looked a bit too open when Ferid Eker came free, but Celso Trevisan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ferid Eker was the one to do the kick off. Naldo Guerra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Celso Trevisan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Corneliu Dridu took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iker Hidalgo. Iker Hidalgo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 57th minute, Bai Ang reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Celso Trevisan. The goal made the score 3-2. Celso Trevisan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Naldo Guerra in the 62nd minute. After having played for 63 minutes, Ferid Eker managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Velho Barreiro FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ferid Eker was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Iker Hidalgo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Corneliu Dridu, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After 65 played minutes Dr Lecter SC got a freekick which was hit by Ma Wei Jun. Dr Lecter SC's Celso Trevisan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Naldo Guerra in the 71st minute of play. When Velho Barreiro FC's Zico Galo in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dr Lecter SC's goalie prevented a goal. Celso Trevisan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zico Galo, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. After 77 minutes of play, Velho Barreiro FC's Ferid Eker made it 3-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Celso Trevisan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dr Lecter SC made a substitution. Laércio Guedes replaced Lauro Antunes. In the 83rd minute, Zico Galo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Velho Barreiro FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-5. 89 minutes into the match, Dr Lecter SC's goal looked a bit too open when Zico Galo came free, but Celso Trevisan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute Zico Galo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Trevisan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Naldo Guerra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Celso Trevisan made a huge save. When the match was over Velho Barreiro FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Dr Lecter SC throughout the match.
