Baxter De Hond didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabian Magath went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Rein Goethals recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 15th match minute, de belletrekkers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daan Vos to maneuver through the defense. Baxter De Hond made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Magath in the 20th minute of play. Rein Goethals blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ovidio Ritchie having to make a save. George Van Impe received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ovidio Ritchie came out and tried to block the shot, but George Van Impe slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 22nd minute. 25 minutes into the game, Rein Goethals cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Ovidio Ritchie was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 30 minutes into the match, PoWer SC 2K5's goalkeeper Ovidio Ritchie had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kurt de Rudder. de belletrekkers's Baxter De Hond played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Killian Fischer in the 31st minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, de belletrekkers's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Magath came free, but Baxter De Hond reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baxter De Hond took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Klose, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. PoWer SC 2K5's Ovidio Ritchie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teun Rondou in the 39th minute of play. After 41 minutes PoWer SC 2K5's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kurt de Rudder who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Kurt de Rudder got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ovidio Ritchie quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 45th match minute, de belletrekkers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norbert Van den Gans to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Magath in the 52nd minute of play forced de belletrekkers's goalkeeper Baxter De Hond to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The PoWer SC 2K5 fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when PoWer SC 2K5's Fabian Magath looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Daan Vos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidio Ritchie having to interfere. Daan Vos took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ovidio Ritchie. Ovidio Ritchie dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. When Rein Goethals came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the de belletrekkers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rein Goethals couldn't finish the play. 72 minutes into the match, Rein Goethals had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ovidio Ritchie. PoWer SC 2K5's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rein Goethals was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. Ovidio Ritchie didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rein Goethals went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-2 was the resulting score. PoWer SC 2K5's Ovidio Ritchie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Van Impe in the 82nd minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, de belletrekkers's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Magath came free, but Baxter De Hond reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilfredo Harri kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. PoWer SC 2K5's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
