Sporting Buceo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Yao Yan Sen in the 10th minute. Sporting Buceo's Isaias Jakue was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Artur Boruc in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The corner led Sporting Buceo's Yao Yan Sen to fire away a dangerous shot which Artur Boruc despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 18th minute, Isaias Jakue ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Artur Boruc was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isaias Jakue in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Artur Boruc prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Sporting Buceo's Isaias Jakue in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Devils's goalie prevented a goal. In the 23rdth minute of the game Isaias Jakue who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Devils's Artur Boruc was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Dariusz Brysz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Maximo Horquizar, 1-1. 29 minutes into the match, FC Devils's goal looked a bit too open when Isaias Jakue came free, but Artur Boruc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maximo Horquizar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dariusz Brysz's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sporting Buceo's goalkeeper Maximo Horquizar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The throw-in from Olaf Karpinski in the 42nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Sporting Buceo's Segundo Aureo. When Isaias Jakue came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Sporting Buceo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaias Jakue couldn't finish the play. After 45 played minutes Sporting Buceo got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Aureo. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Devils's goalkeeper Artur Boruc, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Isaias Jakue was the one to do the kick off. FC Devils's Artur Boruc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaias Jakue in the 52nd minute of play. Ali Kağan Oğuzalp made in the 55th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Sporting Buceo's Segundo Aureo. With a little luck, FC Devils's Artur Boruc got control of the ball when Isaias Jakue tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sporting Buceo were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after FC Devils's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Yao Yan Sen took the corner. If Isaias Jakue had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 68 minutes into the match, FC Devils's goalkeeper Artur Boruc had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isaias Jakue. FC Devils's Tobiasz Orszak was substituted for Isaac Henrico. Sporting Buceo's Sergio Rengifo was substituted for Isaias Jakue. FC Devils's Bartlomiej Andrysiak was substituted for Gustavo Severiano. After 73 played minutes FC Devils got a freekick which was hit by Olaf Karpinski. Artur Boruc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Sartori, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 83 minutes into the game, Juan Sartori cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Artur Boruc was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Maximo Horquizar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dariusz Brysz in the 86th minute of play. A collision led to Sporting Buceo getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Juan Sartori hit a great ball. FC Devils's Artur Boruc proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save FC Devils from getting a goal against them. A sloppy throw-in by Olaf Karpinski in the 94th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Sporting Buceo's Filcho Kordov. The Sporting Buceo players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
