With a little luck, Feios Porcos E Maus's Reinaldo Travassos got control of the ball when Jairo Cilio tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Takis Parlapidis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 24th minute Graciano Soveral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Quinten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fidel Chan in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Reinaldo Travassos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Reinaldo Travassos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivan Prejun in the 34th minute. Julio Quinten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Graciano Soveral in the 38th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juan Santana in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Quinten prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
