Camino Rojo's Xan Sandines played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kenneth Frisk in the 3rd minute of play. Vincent Marcha was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 7th minute. Camino Rojo's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 9thth minute of the game Vincent Marcha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AIF's Olov Linquist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Alexis Chupin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th minute Vincent Marcha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olov Linquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 19 in the game by Vincent Marcha from a close distance when the talented Olov Linquist managed to make a qualified save. AIF's players were relieved. After 22 minutes Camino Rojo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jerry Kullgren who took care of the corner kick. The corner led AIF's Jerry Kullgren to fire away a dangerous shot which Xan Sandines despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a little luck, AIF's Olov Linquist got control of the ball when Alexis Chupin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vincent Marcha in the 28thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Olov Linquist, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some careless play in the AIF defense, Vincent Marcha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Olov Linquist. The AIF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Olov Linquist should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Camino Rojo booed when AIF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carl Kilman didn't get a good kick on the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Edgar Fransson in the 65th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Camino Rojo's Mai Ting Jian. Kurt Berglund kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After 70 played minutes Camino Rojo got a freekick which was hit by Xosepe Hortega. After 72 played minutes Camino Rojo got a freekick which was hit by Mihai Romanescu. In the 75thth minute of the game Vincent Marcha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AIF's Olov Linquist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Camino Rojo's goalkeeper Xan Sandines had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kurt Berglund. A collision led to Camino Rojo getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Xosepe Hortega hit a great ball. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind AIF's goalkeeper Olov Linquist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Camino Rojo fans cheered their team off the field, for while AIF had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
