In the 7thth minute of the game Wilfredo Gitano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Delfines's Quique Iglesias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Jarana FC's Wilfredo Gitano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Quique Iglesias narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 20thth minute of the game Wilfredo Gitano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Delfines's Quique Iglesias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 21st match minute, Los Delfines was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vykan Clicker to maneuver through the defense. Tadeo Distiratsu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charles Darwin, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Quique Iglesias came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Jarana FC's Wilfredo Gitano. But to his dismay, Wilfredo Gitano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Quique Iglesias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelio Harriet in the 33rd minute of play. After 35 played minutes Jarana FC got a freekick which was hit by Qiao Jian Ping. Quique Iglesias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelio Harriet in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th minute of the match Jarana FC got a corner. Los Delfines's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wilfredo Gitano ran over to the corner to take the kick. Charles Darwin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Tadeo Distiratsu made a huge save. After 45 minutes, Serafin Montes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Delfines and the Jarana FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Serafin Montes kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 47th match minute, Los Delfines was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Narciso Maranhense to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute of the match Wilfredo Gitano sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Quique Iglesias skillfully saved the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When Los Delfines's Charles Darwin in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jarana FC's goalie prevented a goal. When Amadeo Cai came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Jarana FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amadeo Cai couldn't finish the play. Aurelio Harriet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Quique Iglesias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Jarana FC's Aurelio Harriet slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Quique Iglesias. That made the score 0-2 after 59 minutes of play. Los Delfines's Quique Iglesias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Harriet in the 63rd minute of play. Quique Iglesias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilfredo Gitano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tadeo Distiratsu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charles Darwin, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilfredo Gitano got free with Quique Iglesias in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 85 minutes of play, Los Delfines's Sergio Berti made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tadeo Distiratsu was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 95th minute, Jarana FC's Wilfredo Gitano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. The Jarana FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Jarana FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
