Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Racing Club's Lino Fidencio started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Romulo Bernebe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 13 minutes into the match, Amboy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Urbano Ramond came free, but Gustavo Bernebe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute, Astor Tome left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Amboy FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Maximino Donzel hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Astor Tome in the 21st minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Hernan Benat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Astor Tome notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Racing Club's Hernan Benat. Hernan Benat was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 26th minute, Astor Tome ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hernan Benat was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Gustavo Bernebe made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Lino Fidencio sent off a good shot on target. After 35 minutes Amboy FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Enzo Fernandes who took care of the corner kick. Racing Club's Enzo Fernandes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gustavo Bernebe in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Astor Tome took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hernan Benat. Hernan Benat dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Romulo Bernebe kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. In the 46th minute Urbano Ramond shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Bernebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sixto Ereinotz during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Gustavo Bernebe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lino Fidencio, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Urbano Ramond had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gustavo Bernebe. Amboy FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Urbano Ramond was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. The corner led to Amboy FC's Romulo Bernebe getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 65th minute, Astor Tome left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Amboy FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-7. Maximino Donzel hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Gustavo Bernebe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urbano Ramond in the 68th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Amboy FC's Sixto Ereinotz got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 71st minute Urbano Ramond shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Bernebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the game, Racing Club's Celedonio Endira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gustavo Bernebe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-7. Astor Tome's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 75thth minute, Hernan Benat skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Romulo Bernebe fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Amboy FC's protests and gave Romulo Bernebe a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Amboy FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Romulo Bernebe hit a great ball. A sloppy throw-in by David Eguen in the 80th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Amboy FC's Jacobo Senio. With a little luck, Racing Club's Hernan Benat got control of the ball when Astor Tome tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Amboy FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Jani La Marca hit a great ball. Gustavo Bernebe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Celedonio Endira went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-7 was the resulting score. In the 86th minute Lino Fidencio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Bernebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 90 played minutes Racing Club got a freekick which was hit by David Eguen. David Eguen made in the 95th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Celedonio Endira immediately put the ball in play. The Amboy FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Amboy FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
