An unexpectedly hard shot by Celedonio Endira in the 3rd minute of play forced Amboy FC's goalkeeper Gustavo Bernebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Amboy FC booed when Racing Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Marquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 10 played minutes Racing Club got a freekick which was hit by Enzo Fernandes. Gonzalo Tebaldo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zé Vo in the 11th minute. Gonzalo Tebaldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romulo Bernebe in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Zé Vo made a precise shot to the right of Gonzalo Tebaldo. Racing Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 16th minute Romulo Bernebe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonzalo Tebaldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Amboy FC fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Amboy FC's Zé Vo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gustavo Bernebe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Benino in the 23rd minute of play. Zé Vo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Gonzalo Tebaldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Romulo Bernebe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Amboy FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Antonio Marquez took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gustavo Bernebe. Gustavo Bernebe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Vo in the 43rd minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Gonzalo Tebaldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gonzalo Tebaldo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Romulo Bernebe went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sixto Ereinotz to make the kick off. The throw-in from Gaspar Milio in the 52nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Racing Club's Enzo Fernandes. In the 54th minute, Clemente Domeka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Racing Club's Fausto Benino got a free kick in the 55th minute. Gustavo Bernebe made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Celedonio Endira sent off a good shot on target. Amboy FC's Gustavo Bernebe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Benino in the 72nd minute of play. A collision led to Amboy FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Zé Vo hit a great ball. Clemente Domeka's late challenge caught a Racing Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sixto Ereinotz might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gonzalo Tebaldo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sixto Ereinotz ran back to his position shaking his head. Gonzalo Tebaldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sixto Ereinotz, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 84 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Sixto Ereinotz came free, but Gonzalo Tebaldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st match minute, Amboy FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jani La Marca to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Amboy FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Racing Club had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
