Ricardo Oton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Severiano Santo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 20 minutes, Jaime Ekhi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Amboy FC and the AKDmicos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 20th minute, one of Amboy FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Amboy FC. When the match had been going on for 22 minutes, AKDmicos FC's Alfredo Esquipula got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Severiano Santo. After having played for 25 minutes, Narciso Azubeli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AKDmicos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Narciso Azubeli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Atilano Fidencio kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Alfredo Esquipula got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Maximino Aznaro hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Amboy FC's Israel Montae got a free kick in the 38th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Amboy FC's goalkeeper Severiano Santo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Narciso Azubeli. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Filomeno Pio to strike the kick off in the second half. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santiago Gabirel couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nunez Furtado in the 56th minute of play forced Amboy FC's goalkeeper Severiano Santo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Amboy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo Oton came free, but Severiano Santo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AKDmicos FC's Leo Enol was substituted for Salvador Galoer. In the 63rd minute of the match AKDmicos FC got a corner. Amboy FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alfredo Esquipula ran over to the corner to take the kick. Amboy FC's Severiano Santo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Narciso Azubeli in the 64th minute of play. The supporters of AKDmicos FC booed when Amboy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldomiro Cloyo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amboy FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. AKDmicos FC had won after a very even match.
