An unexpectedly hard shot by Narciso Azubeli in the 14th minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Lino Salvator to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th match minute, AKDmicos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateo Paio to maneuver through the defense. When Uriel Manex came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Racing Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Uriel Manex couldn't finish the play. Wilfredo Gilabert's late challenge caught a AKDmicos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wilfredo Gilabert helped the player get up and apologised. After 20 played minutes Racing Club got a freekick which was hit by Wilfredo Gilabert. Mateo Paio, 21 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a rather tough play, Racing Club's Victor Azeari got a free kick in the 26th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Esquipula came free, but Lino Salvator reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lino Salvator showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narciso Azubeli in the 33rd minute of the match. Racing Club's Lino Salvator played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Narciso Azubeli in the 37th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Racing Club's David Eguen got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Lino Salvator stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nunez Furtado's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Narciso Azubeli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lino Salvator. Racing Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Narciso Azubeli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Celedonio Endira made a kick off. When Celedonio Endira came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Racing Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celedonio Endira couldn't finish the play. In the 61st minute, AKDmicos FC's Nunez Furtado dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Narciso Azubeli managed to get in a good position for a shot. AKDmicos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Narciso Azubeli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lino Salvator breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Celedonio Endira during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. AKDmicos FC made a substitution. Eustaquio Chepe replaced Narciso Azubeli. After a rather tough play, Racing Club's Celedonio Endira got a free kick in the 69th minute. Andres Erramun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celedonio Endira in the 71st minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goalkeeper Lino Salvator had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eustaquio Chepe. Racing Club's Lino Salvator proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Racing Club from getting a goal against them. With his leg Lino Salvator managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when AKDmicos FC's Eustaquio Chepe fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Prospero Urtsin's late challenge caught a AKDmicos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Prospero Urtsin helped the player get up and apologised. Prospero Urtsin kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. A hard shot 87 in the game by Eustaquio Chepe from a close distance when the talented Lino Salvator managed to make a qualified save. Racing Club's players were relieved. After a rather tough play, Racing Club's Wilfredo Gilabert got a free kick in the 89th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Enol came free, but Lino Salvator reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leo Enol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Lino Salvator tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victor Azeari kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. AKDmicos FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
