After a rather tough play, Niemierich RK 06's Zbigniew Lech got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Mazinho Borges might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulino Estebano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zbigniew Lech got free with Kristian Vallander in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
