Guansa's Fidel Mendiko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beto Acosta in the 9th minute of play. Tadeo Txurio hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andres Cristofol during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 15 played minutes La Pantera Azulgrana got a freekick which was hit by Andres Cristofol. When Guansa's Mariano Calixto in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 43rd minute Mariano Calixto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herminio Rodriguez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mariano Calixto in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Herminio Rodriguez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mariano Calixto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mariano Calixto in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. Herminio Rodriguez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Calixto in the 86th minute of the match. Dario Lauro charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
