A collision led to TEMPLE F.C. getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Hugo Spadaro hit a great ball. Rodolfo Ricart came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by ΚΛΚΞRΘS ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Domingo Clis. But to his dismay, Domingo Clis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 16 minutes into the match, ΚΛΚΞRΘS ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's goal looked a bit too open when Elpidio Gonzales came free, but David Escobar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Escobar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Magnus Rolandsson in the 23rd minute of the match. Russ Trusswell kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Acun Timuroz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Elpidio Gonzales's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but David Escobar was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. The TEMPLE F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when TEMPLE F.C.'s Elpidio Gonzales looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, TEMPLE F.C.'s Karl-Magnus Rolandsson got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 45th minute, ΚΛΚΞRΘS ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Domingo Clis ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rodolfo Ricart. Rodolfo Ricart yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Demario was the one to do the kick off. David Escobar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karl-Magnus Rolandsson's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. David Escobar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elpidio Gonzales, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 67 minutes into the match, TEMPLE F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Demario came free, but Rodolfo Ricart reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Acun Timuroz in the 69th minute of play forced ΚΛΚΞRΘS ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's goalkeeper David Escobar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodolfo Ricart didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Demario went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. TEMPLE F.C.'s Guido Chago was substituted for Karl-Magnus Rolandsson. ΚΛΚΞRΘS ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Carlos Urdin was substituted for Matias Jax. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Demario in the 80th minute of play forced TEMPLE F.C.'s goalkeeper Rodolfo Ricart to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as TEMPLE F.C.'s Elpidio Gonzales slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of David Escobar. That made the score 3-2 after 83 minutes of play. ΚΛΚΞRΘS ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's David Escobar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Chago in the 90th minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Elias Silvino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rodolfo Ricart. TEMPLE F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elias Silvino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. The corner went over the outstretched arms of ΚΛΚΞRΘS ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's goalie and right to Basilio Gaizkine. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. ΚΛΚΞRΘS ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal.
